Géraldine and Nicolas met by chance during the Joyous Entry of King Philippe I on September 28th, 2013, in Antwerp. It took a couple of years before their love story began, until February 2015 to be exact. After many dates and messages, it took Nicolas a little time for the first kiss... But since September 2015, our love story has really begun! And in June 2019, Nicolas popped the question under the pouring rain in The Hague, and Géraldine said yes! (Of course! ;-))

What really brings us together is our passion for travelling and discovering new places. We have discovered Armenia, Azerbaijan, Canada, Georgia, Jersey, Madeira and Scotland together, as well as the secret places in Bretagne and Zeeland. And soon, in October 2020, Géraldine and Nicolas will leave to secret locations for their honeymoon (to be divulged to the bride as close as possible to the actual wedding!).

We have created this website as a convenient and interactive way to share all of the important details with you in the lead up to our wedding. 

We can't wait to celebrate the start of this exciting new chapter with you!

Update August 20th: Over the past few months, the world we know has been turned upside down. We were looking forward to celebrating our union with you, but unfortunately the pandemic has decided otherwise. After several weeks of doubts and considering the current situation, it is with great regret and for the safety of everyone that we have decided to postpone the festivities of our union to a later date. We look forward to celebrating our wedding with you once the circumstances are better.

Nevertheless, your presence at our wedding mass would be our greatest joy, which will take place on September 26th, 2020 at 11.00h in Brasschaat - Maria-ter-Heide. Please see here below for more information.
